The Classes

Like any RPG, the player characters in How to Fight a Tyrant are built around their class.

We have done class design quite a bit differently than in other TTRPGs, though. The classes in this game were exhaustively created to be unique and self-contained entities that are unified consistent across every dimension and have just about as much internal synergy as they could possibly have. How did we do that? By giving every class its own unique back story, world objective, class features, perks, and above all abilities that all support, boost, and reinforce each other. We think you're going to love it, especially if you're turned off by the oversimplified and boring class and character customization options available in traditional TTRPGs.

How to Fight a Tyrant has three types of classes; physical, spellcaster, and hybrids. You can read more about all of the classes of each type under the banner of the class type pages. We've also put some links below in case it's that hard to click on the button in the upper right.

Fight Knight, Murderblade, Blitzerker, Valewarden, Death Herald

Naturowrath, Lightmare, Demonatrix, Eledementalist, Warpwhiz, Minionizer

Draconic Dragoon, Hatemage, Last Crusader, Windlancer, Battle Bard
